An antique Caucasian Karabagh rug. This is a classic Zeychur design of St. Andrew’s crosses on a tan ground, within a flower and leaf main border. The rug could be Karabagh as much as Kuba, but antique, roomsize Caucasian carpets of any type are quite rare.
