A wool pile of asymmetric knots on a cotton foundation. The open field abrashed from teal blue to light blue-grey supports a rightward-soaring eagle clutching a tasseled flagstaff bearing the Stars and Stripes in its talons. A narrow red border with rosettes encloses the field, finished with the narrowest plain beige outer surround. The flag displays an irregular number of stars.
