An antique Persian Tabriz carpet. “Beetle” palmettes and “spider” rosettes are often knotted in dark brown and stand out from the beige field and light-toned allover patterned ornaments on this NW Persian urban large room size carpet. The light taupe main border features smooth oval palmettes un either upright or tilted positions.
