An antique Persian Tabriz rug. This Tabriz scatters displays a classic combination of a closely covered Herati pattern abrashed beige to the slate field, and a palmette (not a turtle!), lancet leaf, rosette, and double vine border. The weave is moderately close and the pile is erectly brushy.
