An antique Turkish Ghiordes rug handmade during the turn of the 20th century. This classic prayer rug is decorated with an all yellow ground encompassing a niche with spiraling and stepped outline and also branching spandrel floral sprays. An inverted blue and white shallow vase and a stylized three-flower bouquet decorate the center of the niche.
