An antique Turkish Oushak runner. Two versions of the yaprak (leaf) lozenge medallion alternate on the camel-beige, otherwise unornamented, the field of this western Turkish workshop runner. Of all wool construction, this coarsely woven, but eminently serviceable rug traces its designs back to18th-century sources.
