A large ecru hexagonal medallion is set on the slate field, with fringed rocket ship-like forms in the corners and a dense scatter of flowers and blossoms. The central motif encloses two elongated, beveled panels along with rigid stems and geometric floral elements. An ecru beige border frames the piece, decorated with abstract square palmettes.
