A wool pile in asymmetric knots on a wool foundation. The dark red-tone field shows nine nearly complete columns of corner-notched maroon and purple-grey squares, all enclosing rosettes, alternating with free – floating maroon and purple-grey ashiks. The red main border features an alternation of pinched cartouches. The field says “Turbat Heidari” in Persian, but the pattern is more Afghan and Turkmen-influenced.
