Vintage Persian Flatweave Kilim Accent Rug

(1.71 x 2.09 m)

Continuous weft-float patterning on a wool foundation. This two-part, slightly offset rustic scatter features a small lozenge design in both the ecru border and the abrashed teal field. In the field, the diamonds form color rows in black, old gold, and off-white. Wide end finishes with weft-float patterning. A highly unusual piece, originally woven on a narrow loom.
