A wide border of budding cypresses and palmettes, connected by bold acanthus arabesques, frames the field with an allover pattern of palmettes, octagrams, crosses and lesser semi-geometric devices in the Mahal manner. Dark brown motif accents are scattered almost randomly in the field and more systematically in the border. General lighter palette. Medium weave. Village carpet.
