A wool pile of symmetric knots on a cotton foundation. The grey-slate field features a classic and uniquely Malayer repeating pattern of bent and serrated leaves, squares, octagons, stars, and open hexagons. This design is also found on Malayer scatters. The ecru border displays barred and open hexagons, along with pairs of serrated leaves, all framed by a double stiff linear vinery.
