This wool pile, with symmetric knots on a cotton foundation, features a medium blue field almost entirely covered by five aligned columns of adjoining saw-toothed medallions, each with nested diamond centers. Smaller, similar secondary motifs are set in the spaces between. The inner red border is adorned with stars, while the outer border displays a serrated leaf zig-zag pattern. The design boasts a crisp palette, disciplined execution, and a moderate weave.
