Wool warp-faced weave. In natural, undyed sheep tones of dark and medium brown, tan, and cream, the color lines are generally unbroken, except for a cream-and-various-browns line that repeats periodically, giving it a look reminiscent of certain Native American weavings. One end has more dark bands than the other, and, of course, there are no lateral borders. These village pieces are incredibly durable. In good condition.
