A Wool pile of symmetric knots on a wool foundation. Not exactly a Perpedil, but another type of Kuba, featuring a dark blue field with right-angled, forked “goosenecks” along the sides, and hooked diamonds and rosettes running down the center. A few animals and “snowflakes” add interest. The main border is diagonally color-banded, with flopping carnation motifs in the minors. An unusual format for this genre and region.
