An antique Persian Bidjar runner. A laterally offset single column Herati design runs along the grahite field of this Kurdish town runner from western Persia. The red-brown main border displays a tribal design. Buff, straw and ivory are among the accent tones on this very solidly constructed runner just waiting for you to throw everything at it.
