A wool pile of symmetric knots on a cotton foundation. The dark grey abrashed subfield shows four light blue and buff sectioned cartouches, all against a buff field spreading into triangular corners. Red, strip style reversing turtle border with some stork-like leaves. Teal minors with ribbons and revering fan palmettes.
