The light blue-grey, densely abrashed field of this kenare (runner) features openwork medallions centered by elaborate rosettes, alternating with quatrefoils and other semi-abstract floral motifs. The sand-colored border showcases a leaf meander and reversing simple palmettes. The overall palette is generally sober.
