An antique Persian Tabriz carpet. This assuredly earth-toned SW Persian city carpet has an urban version of the rustic Harshang pattern with ragged palmettes and cogwheel rosettes. However, the drawing is more fluid and the well-packed design employs no straight, stiff vines.
