An antique Persian Tabriz carpet. A large-scale, half-drop, allover, cartouche lattice on the charcoal/slate ground is defined by curving slender leaf segments and is fastened by rosette bosses. Small botehs infiltrate the pattern. Joined octogrammes pattern the rust border.
