A wool pile woven with asymmetric knots on a cotton foundation. In the abrashed blue-grey field, petal palmettes alternate in a single column, surrounded by complex rosettes within openwork diamonds made up of formal leaves and small rosettes. The soft rust-salmon main border features cruciform rosettes, with an ecru inner stripe completing the design.
