A wool pile of symmetric knots on a cotton foundation. A rarity in this large size, this tribal room size shows a dark blue field with, unusually, two five-part pole medallions composed of hook-fringed hexagons, with a supporting pattern of horizontal rows of little flowers. Red double spandrels above and below. Two borders with dragon-like flowers, another with rosettes, and an outermost gold ochre one with broken color bands. Semi-geometric design with no birds, animals or humans.
