A vintage Persian Isfahan Pictorial rug. A dervish smokes opium in a long-stemmed pipe at the left while a Persian lady takes tobacco in her hookah at the right. A teapot warms in a brazier at the bottom of this pastoral scene. Mountains rise against a blue sky in the rear ground while a flowering prunus tree arches above the figures.
