Asymmetric wool knots on a cotton foundation. The ivory field, with some pale blue reserves, features an allover vertically oriented 'dumbbell' cartouche pattern emerging from a lattice of larger and smaller open hexagons. Weeping willows and stemmed floret arrays fill the reserves created. Unlike most Joshegans, there is no allover floral diamond panel lattice with en suite medallions and corners. The rust-red border showcases the characteristic rectangular petal palmettes and sharply bent supporting leaves, along with diagonal floret sprays.
