A wool pile of asymmetric knots on a cotton foundation. A visual pair to rug # 26584. This smaller scatter from western Persia features layered octagons, color sampler rosettes, six pointed stars and a central lozenge with leaf pincers grabbing layered squares. A narrow main border with a star and diagonal bar tendril and brown accents. A popular pattern in a more petit format.
