A wool pile of symmetric knots on a cotton foundation. This rustic scatter shows a clever characteristic Malayer version of the ever-popular Herati design, here with a central pole of six linked and fringed diamonds, with attendant rosettes, bent leaves and smaller diamonds, all on a slate round. Plain sand triangular corners. Strip style main light slate border with boteh leaves and triangular stencil palmettes.
