A wool pile of symmetric knots on a wool foundation. Although presently lacking a shoulder cord, this little piece shows its original color banded side overcast and red plainweave back. The dark brown ground displays offset, half-drop rows of double triangles. The eggshell border features quincunxes alternating with wonky lozenges. Three dotted guard lines. Moderate/coarse weave.
