A wool pile of symmetric knots on a cotton foundation. The very pale slate flannel grey field shows straight vertical leaf brackets and turtle palmettes, both accented in rust and straw. Bits of angular calligraphy ornament the major motives. Main strip style buff border with palmettes. Moderate-fine weave.
