An antique Persian Sarouk Fereghan rug. The saturated navy pendant medallion is centrally located on a tomato red ground, within royal blue corners. All major elements have delicate leaf, vine and flower designs. The pile is clipped low, and the handle is tight and leathery in this west Persian antique ruglet.
