An antique Persian Tabriz carpet. The Herati allover pattern of “fish” leaves, open diamonds and rosettes never get old in Tabriz. Here the pattern is executed in taupe and oatmeal with a medium brown border of oval palmettes and forked leaves. One end of the field shows a band of color variant abrash.
