A wool pile of asymmetric knots on a cotton foundation. Pairs of locally characteristic pomegranate trees emerge from vases, crossing the center of the abrashed ruby field in this oasis carpet. The green border features the "Yun-tsao Tou" pattern of cloudheads, which evoke the threat of rain.
