A wool pile of asymmetric knots on a cotton foundation. Three distinct echelons of stylized still life depictions are horizontally set on the light blue-grey field. Still- lives are a characteristic Khotanese subject, usually singly on smaller rugs. Here they have been streamlined and geometrized for the modern interior. Turkmen-style border of radiating stars.
