The larger, lower navy square displays a folky rendition of the Lion and Sun emblem, a colorful Ahuramazda depiction, a tribal couple, a crescent moon, small animals and local flowers. The tripartite upper section shows horse and rider, giant boteh and upright large flower. Rose red main border presents diamonds with hanging pendants.
