A wool pile of asymmetric knots on a cotton foundation. To figures, one standing and one seated, both in ancient Middle Eastern dress, are positioned in front of a deep arch and an Assyrian-style panel with five walking animals. Black and ecru stone floor. Identifying inscriptions above and below. Ecru border with squared rosettes and plain mid-blue outer band.
