A wool pile of symmetric knots on a cotton foundation. We admire Malayer scatters, and this one features a slate grey field with a backbone of joined and fringed diamonds, complemented by rosettes, palmettes, and sharply bent leaves set off laterally. The border is in pale straw strip style, with ragged palmettes in a meander, and the plain field corners match tonally.
