A wool pile of symmetric knots on a cotton foundation. The dark blue slate field shows virtually billions of tiny, row-reversing botehs in the iconic Mir Saraband style. There are 17 borders, of which the central ecru band shows suspended small botehs in a trapezoidal meander. Botehs decorate other, narrow, borers. Solid, robust weave.
