An antique Indian Lahore carpet. There are rust cloud bands and little leaves everywhere on the abrashed ivory to the beige field of this northern Indian town carpet. The medallion plays second fiddle to the intricate round arabesques and the other decoration. The scrolls are bigger and intersect in the wide taupe border.
