A wool pile with symmetric knots on a cotton foundation. The light blue/slate field features an allover pattern of oval petals, smooth palmettes, rosettes, sickle leaves, and cloud bands, arranged within a lattice design inspired by classical Persian Vase carpets. The ecru main border is adorned with onion palmettes, while the guard borders display formalized versions of the apple and tendril design.
