A wool pile of symmetric knots on a cotton foundation. A tall, central field panel shows snippets of border designs including diamond chains and quincunxes. X’s, chevrons, zig zags and micro-diamond diapers. The surrounding field has a wheat-tone ground with tiny textural dots, formed by vertical and horizontal bars. Border of minimal cloud heads and slanting polychrome rain. The central panel is an anthology of lesser border patterns.
