The rare cream –sand- beige field of this rustic NW Persian carpet shows characteristic Karaja medallions including blue octagrams, and two types of abundantly hooked hexagons, with special reference to the ream example in the field center. Tan border with shadow palmettes, and small, blue accents. Cotton foundation, medium weave.
