A wool pile of symmetrical knots on a cotton foundation. The central line is accented with two pairs of barbed, spiral leaves, flanked by four schematic vases, each holding a tall flowering stem. Small and smaller flowers, along with diminutive leaves, neatly fill the near-black background. A sandy straw border features reversing palmettes on a faceted strapwork vine.
