A wool pile of symmetric knots on a cotton foundation. The dark slate-graphite field presents a distinctly Malayer variant of the allover Herati design, with a central column of connected, fringed diamonds closely supported by rosettes, right-angled leaves, and smaller diamonds. The strip-style straw main border displays geometricized, fringed palmettes, while two minor borders feature botehs within trapezoidal meanders.
