An ivory ground sets off the colorful mountain landscape with two deer, singing and flying birds, and various leafy, flowering trees and bushes. The rug was woven sideways (short warp). The ivory border has palmettes and leaves. The color palette is quite wide, and the weave is fine in this Persian Tabriz rug.
