A wool pile of symmetric knots on a cotton warp. The triple level arcade of five niches each has a definite movement from left to right. The pattern begins on the left with a wide, defining wall/column and moves rightward to slender pillars. The arches are narrow and often show pointed tops. Although the size can vary regarding the number of arches and echelons, the architectural effect is best with at least three by five.
