A wool pile of symmetric knots on a cotton foundation. The panel-abrashed slate field shows a two-section pole medallion of ecru diamonds with abstract palmettes, rosettes and leaves. Giant, layered botehs tilt inward in the corners, two birds perch in the field and smaller elements, botehs, leaves, stems and branches fill it up. Narrow ecru main border with reversing fan palmettes. Moderate weave. Attractive Chahar Mahal village scatter.
