A wool pile of symmetric knots on a cotton foundation. The rich tomato madder field is almost overpowered by the straw-colored lobed sub-medallion extending beyond the navy octogrammed medallion. The green corners feature bold, pointed accents. The abrashed rust strip-style main border showcases serrated tilted leaves and rosettes. A simplified classic Heriz layout, stripped of all secondary ornamentation to highlight the basic strength of the design.
