An antique Persian Tabriz carpet. The Herati field design is all dark brown accents and outlines on the slightly abrashed beige field of this NW Persian urban room-sized carpet. The black main border utilizes open small turtle palmettes and ‘fish’ leaves rotating around rosettes.
