This wool pile, with asymmetric knots on a cotton foundation, features no distinct field tone but instead showcases an abstract, allover, non-repeating pattern of rectangles, stepped rectangles, squares, and notched panels in shades of straw-beige, camel, dark brown, light blue-grey, and grey-green. The narrow main border includes V-shaped motifs, zig-zags, and parallel stepped lines. While it may resemble a patchwork, the design is actually integral.
