The ecru sand field is nearly completely covered with rust, buff, salmon, green and near black arrays of four super-stylized flowers in a cross pattern around a small central square. There are no complete color diagonal, but rather patches of dominant color randomly laid out. This avoids rigidity and lazy repetition. No matter how you look at it, you cannot discern a perfect over-pattern. Main border of colorful Vees, zig zags and slanted lines, descending from the Khotanese “rain” pattern.
