A vintage Persian Malayer runner. Large, faceted, serrated ‘fish’ leaves dominate the allover Herati pattern on the noticeably abrashed graphite to the slate ground of this west Persian rustic narrow kenare (runner). The old ivory main border has a progressive triple flower and stem design.
