A wool pile of symmetric knots on a cotton foundation. The ivory field shows an unusual all-over pattern of two rows, each of six upstanding cartouches, some ending in fat paired sickle leaves; and separated by small, geometric palmettes and more leaves accented in green. Half cartouches in rows at top and bottom of field. Strip style navy main border with reversing turtles. Plain red outermost band. Solid and robust weave.
